Properties & Use

Produced after mixing dark balsamic vinegar with petimezi and erba rosa essential oil. The vinegar is produced at a vinegar distillery and it comes exclusively from grapes that are carefully chosen from the area of Apokoronas. Petimezi is concentrated must (grape juice). The essential oil is the product of steam distillation from the organic cultivation of erba rosa. We try to achieve the perfect combination in order to give you a dressing that has exceptionally rich taste and deep brown color. This dressing can be used in salads, marinades, even in sweets. It has a distinct flavor and unique scent that can elevate any creation. Its consumption offers many benefits to the body. It improves stomach function, protects the skin, facilitates blood circulation to the tissues, acts as an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.

White balsamic dressing

Dark balsamic dressing

Produced after mixing white balsamic vinegar with thyme honey and rosemary essential oil. The vinegar is produced at a vinegar distillery and it comes exclusively from grapes that are carefully chosen from the area of Apokoronas. The thyme honey is produced at the foothils of the White Mountains. The essential oil is the product of steam distillation from the organic cultivation of rosemary. We try to achieve the perfect combination in order to give you a dressing that has exceptionally rich taste and a unique aroma. This dressing can be used in salads, marinades, even in sweets. It has a distinct flavor that can elevate any creation. Its consumption offers many benefits to the body. It improves stomach function, protects the skin, facilitates blood circulation to the tissues, acts as an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.

Carob Syrup

Carob syrup is made of the carob tree’s fruit. It is naturally high in fiber and does not contain caffeine, so it is ideal for people with high blood pressure. Carobs used to be the sweet of the past. Its flavour resembles cocoa, it is extremely nutritious and contains three times more calcium than milk (350mg/100ml). It is a great source of phosphorus, carbohydrates, vitamins A, B, D and it consists of 12,5% protein. It is also a source of iron, magnesium, potassium and riboflavin. Carob syrup is often used in dog treats. Use: Carob syrup may be stirred into hot or cold milk, instead of chocolate syrup. Pour it over ice cream or frozen yogurt. Drizzle it on fresh figs, pears, or sharp cheese. Use it in marinades, or as a salad dressing.
